Abstract
This study shows the status of the respondents employ-ability of Doctor of Education graduates from batch 2011-2012 to 2021-2022, there were a total of 110 total graduates but only 145 serves as the respondents. The responses served as basis for an enhancement teacher training program and revision/modification/improvement of the existing program, it sought to find out the graduates career profile to ensure the relevance of the graduate programs and the curriculum and describe the profile of graduates, employment information, and current employment status. The questionnaire was used in the survey questions. The statistical treatment used was frequency and percentage Based on the gathered data of this study, the findings of this study were the following: The findings show that out of 110 graduates, the school year “2015 – 2016 and 2021 – 2022” have the greatest number of graduates with twenty (20) or 18.18% of the total population. While, the school year “2011 – 2012, 2012 – 2013 and 2020 – 2021” have the least number of graduates with only two (2) or 1.82% of the total population. Majority of the respondents are female, affiliated with the Department of Education and have a position of master teacher.
