Abstract
The researcher determined the administrative networking strategies and administrative skills of the principal the school performance and the perceived level of team effectiveness of the respondents. Moreover, it investigated if there is a significant relationship between the administrative networking strategies and administrative skills to the level of team effectiveness and level of school performance if there is a significant relationship between the team effectiveness and the school performance and if the level of team effectiveness significantly mediates the relationship of between administrative networking strategies and administrative skills to school performance. It was found out that the teacher-respondents highly observed the administrative networking strategies and administrative skills of the principal. The school is highly performing on the level of school performance. The respondents are highly effective in level of team effectiveness. Moreover, the administrative networking strategies and administrative skills is significantly related to the level of team effectiveness and level of school performance. There is a significant relationship between the level of team effectiveness and level of school performance. There is a partial mediation exist on the team effectiveness to the relationship between administrative networking strategies and the level of school performance and between administrative skills and the level of school performance
