The study was descriptive-correlational design which involved the participation of the teacher-respondents from public elementary schools in Tiaong II District. The data gathered indicated that the perception of the respondents on shared leadership model of school heads and empowerment and work-related outcomes of teachers are evident. Incorporating shared leadership into the teaching profession not only empowers teachers but also improves work-related outcomes such as job satisfaction, motivation, and collaboration. The findings revealed that the variables under task- oriented leadership including task management, technical assistance, supervision and guidance and teachers welfare and under relationship- oriented leadership style such as sharing leadership, leading a learning community and developing people were significantly related to the empowerment and work-related outcomes of teachers in terms decision making ,commitment , personal development, job satisfaction and workplace attachment as affirmed by the computed r-values when these variables were paired for correlation .
