Abstract
As education continues to evolve, changes in curriculum, instructional strategies, and teaching tools have become more prominent. Teachers, as key implementers of these reforms, play a vital role in adapting to and executing various educational programs and initiatives. This study aimed to explore and describe the levels of flexibility, job satisfaction, and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among public elementary teachers. Specifically, it sought to answer the following questions: 1) What is the perception of the teacher-respondents regarding flexibility in terms of being open to new ideas, adapting to changes, and meeting the needs of their students? 2) What is the perceived level of job satisfaction among teacher respondents in terms of: Security, Work Environment, Job Responsibilities, and Community Linkages? 3) What is the perceived level of Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) among teacher respondents in terms of: Conscientiousness Sportsmanship Civic virtue Courtesy and Altruism? 4) Is there a significant relationship between teachers flexibility and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)? 5) Is there a significant relationship between the teachers job satisfaction and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB)? Findings revealed a significant relationship between both flexibility and OCB, as well as job satisfaction and OCB. Thus, the null hypotheses are not sustained.
