Abstract

This study examined whether supervisory skills have a significant relationship between the functions of instructional supervisors, supervisory relationships, and instructional planning and delivery. The study utilized descriptive-correlational Mediation Analysis with the adapted and modifies online survey questionnaire as a primary instrument in gathering the data needed. School heads supervisory skills were significantly related to the functions of instructional supervisors, supervisory relationships, and instructional planning and delivery. Therefore, the study suggests that school heads should set clear goals for supervision, provide training and support for teachers using technology, and provide professional development and assistance to Instructional supervisors to improve their supervisory abilities.
