Abstract
A control chart is one of the tools of Statistical Process Control (SPC) used to monitor a production process. The control charts ability to detect data that crosses the border is often done using variable transformation. In this paper, we will introduce a cumulative sum control chart (CUSUM) based on a Link Relative transformation technique using a regression approach. The results showed that the Link Relative control chart with regression was more sensitive compared to the previous CUSUM control chart and Link Relative CUSUM control chart. The results will be applied to the determination of the limit Feed Conversion Ratio (FCR) in PPN SMK Sembawa Palembang, Indonesia.
