Currently, she is a Master Teacher I in Mangilag Norte Elementary School, Candelaria East District. She is a dedicated Elementary Teacher at present. She performs the following duties as Research Coordinator, Team Leader of Continuous Improvement Project CARE Catch A Risk Reader Every day and Project REACH Reading Enhancement Activity of Children at Home, ELLN Coordinator, Reading Coordinator and School Based Management Coordinator.
She is a writer of Division Initiative Supplementary Materials in Grade One in the Division of Quezon. She participating in the different research seminar and plenum conducted by Department of Education Unpacking on and Simplifying Action research. She has been participated in the CED DRIVE 1.0 Candelaria East District Research Innovation Virtual Exposition year 2021, CED DRIVE 3.0 in Candelaria East Disrict (2023) , Division Conference Basic Education Researcher in Lucena City (DCBER 2021) and attended webinar the Development (iLEAD) and Language Center of Rajabhat University in Thailand.
