My current role I am responsible for the complete value chain of business with customer focus to bring high degree of customer satisfaction, high employee morale, developing and ensuring effective implementation of Business Plan at SBU level. This requires me to enable innovation, creativity and developing new winning strategies. A big part of the role involves collaborating with the Executive leadership in setting the businesses' agenda and vision, developing and managing business's key performance indicators (KPI) to forecast and analyze company performance. This, in turn, helps facilitate accurate budgeting, resource planning and goal setting. One of the key activities is to work closely with C-Level executives to help adopt strategies that try to raise customer value and cut costs, this requires leveraging analytics for benchmarking initial results to measure long-term market trends which aid in making financial and resource decisions.
Having a growth mindset and helping my clients undertake unique initiatives which help provide alternative solutions to the existing problems. Also identify gaps in the business and advice on the corrective actions necessary.
