Dr. Jennifer M. Oestar is a product of Southern Luzon State University, Lucban, Quezon wherein she graduated Doctor of Philosophy in Development Education (2019), Master of Arts in Educational Management (2016), and Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in English (2010), as Cum Laude and Academic Excellence Awardee respectively. For continuous learning, she earned Doctor of Philosophy in English at Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation, Lucena City (2022).

In terms of work experience, she gained employment as a full-fledged English language and literature grade school, high school and college instructor for 12 years. Being a research enthusiast, she likes spending her free time on research concerning cross-cutting themes in action and basic research.

In the field of research writing, utilization, and dissemination, she had received research grants, presented, and published studies in varied platforms, and gained some local and international recognition as best paper and best presenter.

She is also a part-time professor at College of Sciences Technology and Communications handling general and specialized subjects in English. During her free time, she works as a Licensure Examination for Teachers review lecturer, thesis panelist, international journal peer reviewer and speech trainer.

Presently, she works as Education Program Specialist for School Management, Monitoring and Evaluation in the Department of Education, Schools Division of Lucena City.
