Academically, my qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Secondary Education, majoring in Mathematics from Osmeña Colleges. I further pursued my studies and obtained a Master of Arts in Education, majoring in Administration and Supervision, and a Doctorate in Education, majoring in Educational Management (with complete academic requirements), both from Osmeña Colleges. Additionally, I hold a Master's degree in Development Management from the Development Academy of the Philippines and a Doctorate in Education, majoring in Educational Leadership and Management from Bicol University.

My career in education has been characterized by unwavering commitment and a continuous ascent in leadership and expertise. It all began as a Classroom Teacher at Liceo de San Jose in June 2008, marking my initial steps into the world of education. From there, I embarked on a dedicated path to contribute to the growth and development of students and educational institutions.
In June 2009, I assumed the role of a College Instructor at Osmeña Colleges, where I honed my teaching skills and gained practical experience, further fueling my passion for education.
In June 2010, I served as a Substitute Teacher at Masbate National Comprehensive High School for one and a half months, demonstrating a growing commitment to my educational career. My dedication to the profession was evident as I continued to excel and inspire students.
Subsequently, I was permanently detailed to Malbug National High School, showcasing my adaptability and willingness to contribute to various educational settings. My role as Teacher I at Villahermosa National High School was a testament to my ability to positively impact students and the school community.
My journey took another significant turn in September 2013 when I assumed the position of Teacher II due to a promotion at Masbate School of Fisheries. Here, my skills and expertise continued to evolve as I contributed to the development of students in a specialized educational setting.
In March 2015, I expanded my horizons by transitioning to the role of Education Program Specialist II – Alternative Learning System at DepEd SDO Masbate Province. This role allowed me to engage in educational program management, demonstrating my commitment to enhancing educational opportunities for a broader audience, especially for those out-of-school youths and adults living in deprived, depressed, and underserved (DDU) communities.
My journey reached a significant milestone in March 2016 when I became the School Principal I at Mary Perpetua E. Brioso National High School. This role was marked by remarkable achievements, including leading the school to recognition as one of the National Best Brigada Eskwela Implementing Schools for three consecutive years, culminating in the prestigious Hall of Fame Awardee title. My leadership and vision significantly contributed to the school's success, underlining my capacity for educational administration and management.
In August 2021, I transitioned to the role of Education Program Supervisor at DepEd SDO Masbate City, further expanding my scope of influence within the educational sector.
Currently, since November 2021, I have held the position of Chief Education Supervisor at DepEd SDO Masbate City, where I am undoubtedly making a substantial impact on educational policy and supervision.
Throughout my career, I have demonstrated an unwavering dedication to education and a profound commitment to the betterment of the educational system. My journey is a testament to my exceptional leadership, expertise, and the positive influence I continue to have on the educational community.
