Igbinedion University Okada. As the head of the technical implementation team providing technical solutions and support for all IT-related issues. Including being 1st, 2nd, and 3rd line of support to over 3,000 users (staff and students). Supporting all aspects of fault rectification including hardware/software (predominantly workstations environment, Win 7,8 10; network connectivity and lab design). Wide variety of Microsoft productivity software deployment and many other non-mainstream applications.
- Implementing technical solutions to complex ICT technical infrastructure problem
- Identifying change management cycles and managing solution project from inception to completion via teams of contractors as well as internal resources, ensuring they are delivered on time and on budget.
- Interfacing between management and ICT, ensuring that all developments linked with ICT have the early involvement of the ICT section and are delivered through a successful product delivery.
- Analysis, troubleshooting and upgrading as well coordinating support for various desktop/laptop rollouts.
- Provide technical network support for all integral rollouts and responsible for providing on-time and accurate ICT solution for council staff, in-depth software installation, configuration and troubleshooting, configuration of a wide variety of components.
- Hardware: Servers, PCs, Laptops such as Compaq, Hewlett Packard, Dell also troubleshooting printer problems.

SYSTEM ANALYST/ LAB TECHNOLOGIST June 1st, 2017- 2019
Igbenidion University Okada. As a system analyst and Lab-technologist, evaluate system requirements including (software and hardware) for the various Lab in the college/ department, make recommendations, install, train students, and design manuals for lab practical.
- Design training manuals for 200-level and 300-level college-wide Lab practical
- Perform practical work in areas such as Basic programming languages; Visual-Basic, Pascal, Fortran, and web design language; HTML, XML, PHP, JAVASCRIPT, C#, Python, VS-Code.
Perform practical lab work in system hardware, troubleshooting, software installation, and network configuration.
