Dr. Eduardo M. His undergraduate degree, a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Education majoring in Computer Education (BSIE), was obtained from the Technological University of the Philippines (TUP), Cavite, where he was actively involved in school publications. Currently, Dr. Talaman serves as a Senior High School Master Teacher I (TVL-ICT) and the School Research Coordinator at Dr. Maria D. Pastrana National High School, Mauban, Quezon. He also acts as the Alternate District Research Coordinator for the Mauban South District. Additionally, he is a part-time college instructor at Pambayang Kolehiyo ng Mauban, where he teaches various year levels within his specialization and serves as a research adviser to college students.
