- An experience of around 30 years in Entrepreneurship has given me a very wide, detailed and a comprehensive exposure to various attributes and dimensions of Sales, Marketing, Customer Relations, Industry Knowledge, Product Expertise, Operational Management, Human Resource Management, Finance and Accounting and various other factors that influence Business Management as a whole.
- Have held important leadership positions in Fastener Manufacturer Association of India registered with government of India (FMAI) as Finance Secretary, General Secretary and Vice President for 25 Years in total and it has entailed a lot of opportunities for me to represent the association on various National and International Forums on various business and Industry related Subjects
- Had the opportunity to represent FMAI in the State level Banking Committee for various discussions with RBI and other banks on issues related to MSME’s and banking to help alleviate the affected situation and look for a conducive growth environment.
- Have also been a part of Agri Business and have running 2 Polyhouses in Ludhiana Successfully.
- Having a short Stint of a year in Ralson Tyres Limited as Sales and Marketing In charge for Haryana Branch gave me the first long term practical exposure in the field of sales and marketing after My Post Graduation.
- My Post Graduation (MBA) in Management gave me a robust theoretical background in this field with an inclination towards Sales, Marketing and operations and with same reason I wish to pursue a career in the field of Academics on these Subjects. Have also delivered lectures in STEP GNDEC EDP program on Industry and MSME in this regard.
- Lead Delegation of Fastener Manufactures to China & Delivered lecture on Ludhiana MSEME at Shanghai Chamber of Commerce and trade during Fastener Expo at Shanghai.
- An Academic Orientation leading to the pursuit of a highly desired opportunity as an academician in PCTE Group of Institutes Ludhiana as a Professor cum Dean (Corporate Relations) in Business Management has given me an exposure to the field of teaching since 2015 to enable me to add value through the theoretical knowledge available on these subjects and Practical knowledge, I have gathered in my long 30 years of entrepreneurial career.
