            Dr. Jolou Vincent M. Jala is a businessperson, a founder of JVJ PRINTSHOPPE and co-founder of VMJ Enterprises, having amassed nearly eight years of experience in the business sector, he faced business instability and confronted various failures, making him realize to pursue other options. Dr. Jala chased further education, completing his Master of Business Management (MBM) in 2018. He then earned his second master's degree, Master of Public Service Management (MPSM), in 2019. His quest for knowledge did not stop there as he went on to achieve his doctorate degree in Management last 2023 at Capitol University.

            Currently, Dr. Jala is on his way on his Post Doctoral degree in Quality Management at Centro Escolar University in Manila campus. He serves as a research coordinator and a full-time faculty at the City College of El Salvador. His scholarly contributions are significant, having published and authored numerous articles in international journals on topics such as Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) practices, employee commitment, and organizational performance on the leading insurance companies in Cagayan de Oro City. His expertise is recognized through his role as a peer reviewer for the International Journal of Research Publications and as an editorial board member of the International Journal of Business and Management. Furthermore, Dr. Jala serves as a Research Consultant at ETCOR. Dr. Jala's journey is particularly remarkable given his initial skepticism toward the educational system, almost dropping out in his third year for his surmountable doubt in academic system. His subsequent achievements and contributions to academia underscore his transformation and dedication to lifelong learning.
