I was the Research Director for almost eight years  before I retired from my old school. Being the research Director, I developed a strong ability to critically evaluate research of faculty, staff and students. I have been part of several academic panels where I evaluated research proposals, providing constructive feedback to researchers to help them refine their work. This experience has honed my skills in identifying the strengths and weaknesses of research studies, evaluating the validity of methodologies, and assessing the relevance and impact of research findings. I am also well-versed in various research methodologies, both qualitative and quantitative, and I am familiar with the latest trends and developments in educational research. I am patient, hard working and always willing to learn more even though I am 62 years old and still taking part time job as faculty and researcher.

My academic background is well rounded. I am a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Economics, took up unit in Education, pass the Professional Board examination. My major in my Master's Degree is Language (Filipino) and my PhD major is Educational Management. So I can say that I am a well-rounded in terms of academic background.

Throughout my academic career, I have published numerous research papers in reputable journals (specially here) showcasing my expertise in designing and conducting various types of research studies. These include descriptive, quantitative, and mixed-methods (quantitative-qualitative) studies, as well as historical research that has shed light on significant trends and patterns in the field of Education. My research has been published in leading international journals, demonstrating my ability to contribute to the global academic community.
