Christine R. Urma, a dedicated educator, embarked on her academic journey at Laguna State Polytechnic University. She pursued further studies after completing her Bachelor of Elementary Education in General Education in 2015. In July 2023, she earned her Master of Arts in Education with a major in Educational Management from the San Pablo City Campus. Currently, she is enrolled in the Doctor of Philosophy program in Educational Leadership and Management at the Santa Cruz Main Campus, where she is diligently working towards her doctoral degree.

Christine R. Urma has dedicated her career to shaping young minds, her journey beginning in 2016 at the Sanctuario de San Antonio Children’s Learning Center Inc. As a kindergarten teacher, she nurtured the curiosity and creativity of young learners, laying the foundation for their educational paths.
In 2017, Christine transitioned to Novaliches Elementary School, where she continued to inspire and guide students through their primary education. Her passion for teaching and her ability to connect with children was evident in her classroom, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
As her career progressed, Christine took on a new role as a part-time instructor at Laguna State Polytechnic University in Liliw. She shared her knowledge and expertise with older students in this position, helping them develop their academic skills and prepare for higher education.
