I am working with curriculum implementation since we are working with curriculum delivery as an Education Program Supervisor in language subjects. I am a major in English and graduated Master of Arts in English Language Teaching. I am currently pursuing now doctoral in education. I am also exposed to learning and development for teachers beacuse I am designated before as the Head of Human Resource and Development under the Office of School Governance and Operations. I am working with professional development of teachers. teacher induction programs, school head's development program and instructional leadership program for education program supervisors and district supervisors. I am also a member of the technical working group and review and editing team of the department's resarch core group. I also have a published research in the International Journal of ICT Innovations in Education entitled "Teacher's ICT Literacy and Utilization in English Language Teaching".
