From December 2019 - present, I am employed as Monitoring and Evaluation Officer III in DSWD - Caraga Region. Major roles and responsibilities include data collection, data processing and data analysis. I am also designated for Grievance Monitoring for all grievances raised related to the program implementation. Handling a supervisory function also, it also forms part of the day-to-day task the provision of necessary technical assistance to all field staff of the program relative to Monitoring and Evaluation deliverables.
