She is currently pursuing her Doctor of Philosophy major in Educational Management at Southern Luzon State University in Lucban, Quezon, where she has already completed the academic requirements. She obtained her Bachelor of Secondary Education degree with a major in Mathematics from Northern Quezon College Inc. in Infanta, Quezon, in April 2012, graduating with Academic Distinction and receiving awards for Leadership and Campus Journalist of the Year. Furthermore, she earned her Master of Arts in Education major in Educational Management degree from the same institution in 2019.

Anabel Sta. Cruz Sollano works as a secondary school teacher III and a full-time Mathematics teacher at the Department of Education – Quezon National High School in Lucena City. She also works as a part-time professor at the College of Science, Technology, and Communication, Inc. Currently, she serves as one of the coaches in the SDO Quezon’s Continuous Improvement Projects and chairs the QNHS Research Team. Additionally, she holds the position of secretary on the board of directors for the Society of Educators for Accountable Governance and Unparalleled Leadership Inc. and treasurer of the QNHS Faculty and Personnel Association, Inc. In recognition of her achievements, she received the Most Creative award in 2016 and the Most Innovative award in 2017 during the annual Teacher’s Day celebration. On October 5, 2023, she was honored as one of the Gawad Quezon Excellence Awardees, being recognized as the Outstanding Researcher.
She has attended numerous training sessions and seminars, which have enhanced her skills in providing quality education to her students. She has also served as a resource speaker and facilitator at various in-service training events and ICT Literacy Workshops. Meanwhile, in the field of research, she won several awards such as Best Oral Presenter and Best Research Paper during the Sariaya East District Research Plenum in 2023. Her research was also accepted in the research convention organized by the schools division of Quezon. At present, she is working on a BERF funded research. She also served as research adviser and research panel for three consecutive years now in CSTC.
