Experience In

         Allan A. Talain is a distinguished educator with a background in both teaching and research. He completed his Bachelor’s Degree in Elementary Education major in General Education at Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng San Pablo (PLSP) in 2014. In 2021, he earned a Master’s Degree in Education, specializing in English, from Manuel S. Enverga University Foundation (MSEUF), Lucena Inc. where he was honored with the Excellence in Graduate Studies Research award. A passionate research enthusiast, Mr. Talain has presented his action research at international virtual conferences, securing accolades such as Best Abstract and Best International Oral Presenter. His research has also been showcased at regional, division, and district conferences, and published in reputable journals including IOER International Multidisciplinary Research Journal, The Normal Lights Journal of Education and Teacher Education, International Journal of Advanced Multidisciplinary Journal of Research and Studies, and Psychology and Education: A Multidisciplinary Journal.As a permanent teacher at the Department of Education (DepEd) in the Division of Quezon Province, Mr. Talain has made significant contributions in various roles in his school including research coordinator, school improvement plan coordinator, learning and development coordinator, and English coordinator. His commitment to education extends beyond the classroom as he also serves as a part-time college lecturer at Manuel S. Enverga University, Catanauan, Inc., where he teaches English and professional education courses.

         Mr. Talain has played a pivotal role in curriculum development, contributing to the creation of the PIVOT 4A Learner’s Packet (LeaP), PIVOT 4A Instructional Kit (PIVOT LinK), and the Alternative Delivery Mode (ADM) - Science Module for DepEd Division of Quezon. His excellence in teaching has been recognized with the Outstanding Teacher award at Tuhian Elementary School in both 2020 and 2021. Additionally, he received the DepEd Region IV-A CALABARZON’s Bayanihan and Service Excellence Award, further cementing his reputation as a dedicated and impactful educator. Mr. Talain's multifaceted expertise and unwavering dedication to education and research have made him a respected figure in his field, continually contributing to the academic and personal growth of his students and colleagues.
