One of the vital elements of success destination is tourist satisfaction that influences the choice of destination and decision to return. This study focused on the Exploring the Tourist Satisfaction on Floating Cottages in Selected resorts in Calauan, Laguna. Specifically, this study tackled to determine the profile of the respondents such as age, gender, family income, and educational attainment. Correspondingly, it aims to evaluate the satisfaction of tourists in terms of physical resources, service, and infrastructure in selected resorts in Calauan, Laguna. A quantitative research design and purposive sampling technique were utilized. The study used a survey questionnaires with one hundred selected tourists who have their personal experience from the selected resorts in Calauan, Laguna. The collection of the data was done by providing a survey questionnaire to gather and collect their experience that converted in likert scales. The results were interpreted using statistical treatment. The findings showed that the tourist satisfaction has a significant positive impact in satisfaction in infrastructure across demographic profile in terms of age and gender. Regardless of these findings, the null hypothesis which is there is no significant difference between in the satisfaction levels of respondents across most demographic profile including age, educational attainment, and monthly income when it comes to floating cottages in selected resorts in Calauan, Laguna. In conclusion, this study contributed valuable insights when it comes to the satisfaction of tourist on floating restaurants. Finally, as an output drafted for continuous improvement and success of every selected resorts in Calauan, Laguna.
