Abstract

This study aimed to determine the teachers mindfulness practices and wellness. There were a total of 50 teachers included in the study. This study was conducted in elementary schools in Curuan District, Zamboanga City Division. This study utilized the descriptive-correlational research design. It was revealed that teachers mindfulness practices in terms of emotional regulation is described as strongly agree and interpreted as high extent. The respondents on physical, emotional, mental and social wellness were described strongly agree and interpreted as high extent. There was a significant relationship in the respondents on teachers mindfulness practices and overall wellness.
