Datas obtained such as research method, participants, intervention, and outcome such as premature birth risk and side effects were obtained. Based on analysis oral antibiotic therapy is more effective compared to oral probiotic in decreasing premature birth. Therapy using clindamycin is found to be the most effective compared to other oral therapy in this research. Side effect is most minimum using oral probiotic compared to oral antibiotic. The most common side effect found is diarrhea, especially in oral clindamycin usage. Further research using more types of therapy is needed to give better comparison.
