Abstract

The study aimed to determine which domain that significantly influence organizational capacity and innovation to market orientation among fast food companies in Davao City. The respondents of the study were taken from the total population of 523 employees. Thus, SLOVINs formula were utilized to determine the sample size which is 227 fast food employees in Davao City. The researcher used the quantitative non-experimental design utilizing causal effect technique that gave the description to the possible existing relationship between two identified variables as well as determining the direction and magnitude of such relationship if there was. The statistical tools used in the research include Mean, Pearsons r- Product moment of Correlation of Coefficient and Multiple Regression analysis. Results revealed that all have a descriptive equivalent of very high. Also, there is a significant relationship between organizational capacity and market orientation. Further, it was also reflected the significant relationship between innovation and market orientation. Both independent variables, organizational capacity and innovation have a significant relationship between market orientation.
